Damage to your pallet racking can be both dangerous and costly, but with some simple measures in place you can prevent many of these accidents from happening. Column guards are a relatively cheap way to prevent forklift damage to your pallet racking uprights. Ours are bolted to the floor in front of each leg, creating a “crumple zone” in front of the racking. We have large quantities in stock and and they are ready for dispatch in just 2-3 days. Rack end barriers perform a similar job at the ends of your runs of industrial racking and are available in sizes to suit standard single and back to back runs. All our guards and barriers are supplied with fixing bolts to secure them to a concrete floor. Used Link 51 pallet racking – beams at 2250mm x 2 tonnes UDL and 2680mm x 1 tonnes UDL, frames up to 9000mm high and 900mm or 1100mm deep.
